For the direct recruitment of Special Recruitment of Vidya Sahayak (Standards 1 to 5 and Standard 6 to 8 - Gujarati Medium) in Government Primary Schools under the Kutch District Education Committee, online applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates in accordance with the provisions of the educational and training qualification prescribed by the resolution of the Education Department dated 17/03/2023 and the amendment resolution from time to time and the provisions of the selection process rules of the Education Department Notification No. GH/SH/02/PRE/11-2016/SF-6/K, dated 20/01/2017.
As per the approval received from the Education Department vide letter dated 06/05/2025, all candidates who have passed TET in the year 2023 and earlier years can apply in this advertisement.
(1) The online application form for recruitment can be filled on the website https://dpegujarat.in from 12:00 AM on 12/05/2025 to 3:00 PM on 21/05/2025.
(2) Educational qualification, pay scale, age limit, relaxation in age limit, rules of selection process, list of acceptance centers, instructions for filling online application form and general instructions as well as all necessary resolutions/circulars regarding recruitment are available on the above website. It is necessary to study them carefully and apply only after studying them.
(3) The last date for submitting the application form at the acceptance center is 17:00 hrs on 21/05/2025. (Except for public holidays)
(4) If the candidate desirous of getting appointed to this post is appointed by the District Education Committee Kutch as per the advertisement given by the Gujarat State Primary Education Selection Committee, he/she will have to perform duty in Kutch district only during the entire period of employment.
(5) The provisions of the transfer rules, intra-district transfers and administrative transfers as prescribed by the resolution dated 11/05/2023 of the Education Department and the amendment resolutions thereunder will not be applicable to the teaching assistants/primary teachers/upper primary teachers appointed under this recruitment.
(6) As per the approval received vide letter No. PRE/122024/9- 2798/K dated 30/04/2025, additional 2500 posts in lower primary section (standard 1 to 5) and recruitment of 7000 teaching assistants for upper primary section (standard 6 to 8) have been allotted for Kutch district out of the previously received approval for the advertisement, 1600 posts have been allotted for Kutch district. Therefore, the candidates who have applied in accordance with the advertisement given on 01/11/24, those candidates who want to get appointment in Kutch district under the said advertisement will have to apply afresh in accordance with this advertisement.
