📌 Common Entrance Test (CET) બેઝડ યોજના અંતર્ગત મેરીટમાં આવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીને, ઓનલાઈન સિસ્ટમ દ્વારા પસંદ કરેલ યોજનાની અગ્રીમતા આધારે, શાળા અથવા સ્કોલરશીપ યોજનાની નીચે મુજબની સ્કીમમાં ફાળવવામાં આવી છે જેના પ્રવેશપત્ર હવે આપ ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશો.

*વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ 🌐 gssyguj.in વેબસાઈટ પર જઈ પોતાનું લોગિન કરીને શાળા પ્રવેશપત્ર ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનું રહેશે અને સંબંધિત શાળામાં તા. ૧૭-૦૬-૨૦૨૫ સુધીમાં પ્રવેશ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો જરૂરી રહેશે.*

1️⃣ 🛡️ રક્ષા શક્તિ સ્કુલ્સ માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સિવિલ સર્જન દ્વારા મેડિકલ ફિટનેસ ટેસ્ટ કરાવ્યા બાદ જ પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકશે.

2️⃣ 🎓 મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાન સેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ પસંદ થયેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ટૂંક સમયમાં લોગિનમાં બેંક ડીટેલ્સ અને ધોરણ -૬ ની શાળાની વિગત દાખલ કરવાની વ્યવસ્થા ઓનલાઈન ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે.

3️⃣ 🏫 રેસિડેન્શિયલ સ્કુલ્સ માટે પસંદ થયેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ *તા. ૧૭-૦૬-૨૦૨૫* સુધીમાં શાળા સમય દરમિયાન પ્રવેશ મેળવી લેવો અનિવાર્ય છે.

❌ આ તારીખ પછી આપનો પ્રવેશ રદ ગણાશે અને કોઇ રજૂઆત માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહિ.

Have studied in Government or aided primary schools consecutively from Class 1 to 8 and have completed Class 8 and under the provision of free education to children from weaker sections and underprivileged groups of 6 to 14 years of age in independent schools within the limit of 25% of the class size as per the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE Act, 2009) and the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2012 framed thereunder 25,000 bright students of Gujarat state to be selected every year for their studies from class 9 to 12 to be given scholarship for studies from class 9 to 12 to the bright students who have completed their studies from class 1 to class 8 in self-supporting schools and to get admission in class 9 to class 12 in secondary schools from government/granted or self-supporting schools selected according to the government/granted or prescribed statutory norms. Scholarship Scheme' has been implemented. According to this scheme "Chief Minister Gyan Sadhana Merit Scholarship Examination" will be conducted by the State Examination Board as per below details.

Procedure for admission of students

After verification as above, the provisional merit list of the students who are eligible for the Chief Minister Gyan Sadhana Merit Scholarship will be published on a separate portal by the Office of the Director of Schools.

While preparing this list at the state level, as per the norms of the government, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students have to be included and 50% of the beneficiaries in each category will be girls.

Students eligible for the scholarship will be able to take admission in Class-9 in any school as mentioned in No.-3 (as per amendment resolution dated 20/10/2023) within the stipulated time limit.

The schools declared on the portal will have to issue the certificate of admission to their schools with the General Register Number to the students who are thus eligible for the scholarship when they are admitted in class-9 with the signature and coin of the school principal.

The guardian of the student has to upload this certificate within the prescribed time frame as per the instructions given on the portal.

It is the sole responsibility of the students and their guardians to get admission in the school of their choice. The district education officer or director of schools will not be responsible for that matter.

The Final Merit List of all the admitted students will be prepared by the Director, Schools.

Instructions to Apply Online

The students who are eligible for this exam will have to fill the online form from 25/02/2025 (2.00 PM) to 06/03/2025 at https://school attendancegujarat.in/portal of the Education Office.

The application form will be accepted online only by the state examination board.

The application form has to be filled online accurately. Name, surname, date of birth, caste (category) or any other matter will not be amended later by the board. Take special note of that.

The entire form has to be filled in English.

The exam will be given in whichever medium the student chooses from Gujarati or English.

How to Apply Online –

The following steps are to be followed to fill the online application form for students of government schools and aided primary schools as well as self-supporting (private) schools.

1. First go to https://schoolattendancegujarat.in/portal.

2. Login with school DICE code.

3. Then enter the teacher code of any teacher of the school (giving priority to the code of the teacher teaching standard-8, if he has transferred or retired, add the code of another teacher of the school)
