 The matter of sending information of schools to provide facility of CCTV cameras at primary schools

In the year 2022-23, a fresh matter regarding provision of facilities at primary schools has been approved. It is planned to cover 1000 schools in the initial stage under this scheme. Along with this, the school verification report of the primary schools of the Samliadi and potential districts has to be presented through CRP from the taluka level accurately. In the attached school inspection report, School Inspection Report for CCTV Facility 20223, the principal of the school concerned may be asked to submit the report with the joint signature of the District and District Primary Education Officer by the school inspector TRP after giving the details during the visit by the concerned CRP by 8 8 2022. is The Deputy District Education Officer of the concerned district shall be responsible for compiling the school inspection report of the district along with the layout plan of the school and submitting the plan to the branches of the office in person. In addition, the TRP of the taluka in which the number of schools to be inspected is less, in the talukas near them where the number of schools is more, the district primary education officer and the district project should order and plan accordingly to complete the lighting work within the time limit. In this regard, the District Education Officer and the District Project Engineer of the concerned district will have to execute the TRP. The project report regarding this work has to be presented to the Education Department and this work has to be completed. However, please note that if the work is not completed within the time limit, the immediate responsibility of that district will be the Deputy District Education Officer and the District Primary Education Officer.

Note: As the work is subject to time limits and the report has to be submitted to the Education Department, the office and school must be kept open even on public holidays.
