National Education Policy 2020 is being implemented across the nation. In the state of Gujarat also, necessary reforms have been initiated in the education system regarding the implementation of the resource policy.
The research post also shows that children between the ages of 6 and 8 learn languages very quickly and are multilingual as per the National Education Policy 2020 issue number 4.12. There are many cognitive benefits to students who do this. From the earliest stages all languages and pleasantly distant interactive style are taught through death and interaction. Skills for reading and writing in other languages were developed in standard three and beyond. Technology should be widely used for learning different languages and making education popular again. Every effort will be made to prepare a bebasi textbooks and study teaching materials of high quality for science and mathematics. So that students are able to think and speak about both subjects in both their mother tongue and English. At a time when the usefulness of English subject is increasing, the parents of the society also want their children to become proficient in English subject. As a result, enrollment in English medium schools is even higher. To learn English in this way, there is a need for good English education in any medium, not English medium. Excellent English education can also be obtained in Gujarati if highly experienced experience is provided properly. Adult consideration in this regard is finally given to the English medium schools of the state to start teaching English subject from Std-1 by the academic year 2022 and to implement bilingual textbooks from Std-6 onwards.
Compulsory on various activities related to listening and narration skills will be introduced in English in one and two.
Standard three to five English will be taught in a way that develops listening story reading and writing skills.
Standard three to five textbooks on mathematics and the environment will include English terminology for key words.
Tribal textbooks in Mathematics and Science subjects will be implemented in Std. 6 to 8.
Textbooks in all subjects except Mathematics and Science will be in the winning medium languages.
Academic year 2022 23rd standard 6 year 2023 twenty four standard seven and in the year 2024 25 standard bilingual textbooks of mathematics and science subject will be implemented.
Mathematics science textbooks in Std. 9th to 12th will be made available in both Gujarati and English languages. Students will be given the option to choose one of the two mediums for the subject of Mathematics and Science.
Compulsory implementation of bilingual textbooks and bilingual teaching materials in selected 15000 government primary schools under the School of Excellence. While other government aided primary schools will be implemented on a voluntary basis taking into account the local situation.
Dependent schools other than English medium will be able to voluntarily use bilingual textbooks and teaching materials which will be registered with the concerned office at the district level.
A month-long academic course explaining English language readiness and English terminology of mathematics to all selected primary schools in the School of Excellence as well as voluntarily affiliated Saradia subsidized and self-reliant schools to make effective use of bilingual textbooks entering standard six. It will be held at school level.
Introductory English education of Std. 12 In it new textbooks of Std. 3 to 5 English subject and bilingual textbooks of Std. 3 to 12 Mathematics and Science will be organized by Gujarat Educational Research and Training Council for teachers of all government and subsidized schools.
The content of the bridge course for the children entering standard six will be prepared by GCRT and will be delivered to the schools through the entire education.
The above mentioned matters will be prepared in a timely manner by the Gujarat State School Textbook Board.
