Matter of encouraging primary school teachers with talented teacher certification
The Certificate of Talented Teacher has been awarded for the noble purpose of encouraging a primary teacher or head teacher who is doing excellent academic work in the primary school of the state and is active in school co-curricular activities, innovative experiments, social contribution etc. and remains useful to the society. These matters will have to be taken into special consideration under this scheme. One teacher per semester per cluster across the state will have to be selected for awarding the talented teacher certificate.

No control service will be considered for a talented teacher and will be eligible to meet only once during the entire service period. For 100 per cent AC crop, the attendance of students of the teacher's own standard, unit test evaluation, evaluation, examination result, co-curricular activity will have to be evaluated from the pedigree available in Vidya Sankhya Kendra. Evaluate the specific work done by the teacher for 90% in any given social educational place on the basis of participating in school activities or taking other activities to write articles in national and international publications. The selection committee will have Taluka Primary Education Officer, Taluka Block Resource Coordinator, Cluster Resource Coordinator of Pay Center School to select the talented teacher certificate.

As per the provisions of this resolution, a list of three names for the talented teacher will be prepared before the taluka committee by June 18, 2022, after a face-to-face visit to each CRC and after inspecting the work of the talented teacher. The taluka committee has to send the list of three names for 20 per cent weightage as per the criteria of education department to Vidya Samiksha Kendra Gandhinagar by 25 25 2022 Saturday.
The AC percent is indicated by the Vidya Samiksha Kendra who fills the details of the form in the prescribed form from the data. This list is to be sent to the District Education and Training Bhavan for verification by the District Primary Education Officer of City Gana. A lecturer of the District Education and Training Bhavan of the district will have to re-examine the work of the talented teachers in person and send back one of the three selected names to the concerned District Primary Education Officer. So taking into account all the details, the teachers are asked to complete the procedure of talented teacher certification within the stipulated time frame and strictly implement all the procedures. The entire Shiksha Abhiyan office will have to issue the certificate of talented teacher. These certificates are to be given from the district level to the concerned teachers on the occasion of the celebration of 15th August.
