Regarding re-instruction to work as per the notification of education department regarding the amendment made in rule 3 of Gujarat rte 2012.

RTE Act 2009 Gujarat RTE E 2012 is in force throughout the state. Which has been modified accordingly.

A child who does not complete his sixth year on June 1 of the academic year will normally not be admitted to the school.

During the academic year 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 the child will be eligible for admission if he / she has completed the academic year at the age of five years.

According to which all the primary schools under your jurisdiction can be informed from your level but many parents have made representations in this regard at the office here. It is hereby reiterated that the wise correction should be immediately reported to all the primary schools under your jurisdiction. If the girl child wants to give pre-primary education to her child, then according to the government announcement of the education department, pre-primary admission should be given to the child by the schools. Must have completed six years of age on June 1. If a school grants admission without considering the Sahadev declaration and in the academic year 2023 a student who has completed pre-primary education and takes action to get admission in Std. Pre-primary education will have to be studied thus creating an atmosphere of conflict with the parents and the school as well as the office. Therefore, even though you have been instructed earlier to take action as per the notification in all the primary schools under your jurisdiction, it is advised to take action.
