Matter of reconstitution of school management committee.
As per section 21 of All Right to Education One of the state, School Management Committee SMC in all primary schools of the state and School Management and Development Committee SMDC in secondary schools have been constituted from 2010-11. The school management committee was reconstituted in the year 2018-19 as it has to be restructured every two years. Not done. The SMC has to be restructured in the year 2020-21 for the year 2022-23 in such a way that a formula is maintained throughout the state, regarding which the following instructions have to be restructured.
- 5% in SMC i.e. 4 members. Parents or guardians of the children studying in the school who have become members in one term cannot be re-appointed.
-A member in SMC is asked to take a retired principal in local education or a retired government official or serviceman who is a native of the village as an educationist.
-Vali Sabha in the school Gram Sabha organized by the principal to organize a parent meeting for the restructuring of the school management committee SMC and for the parent meeting to announce the parents in public places a week in advance and to record the proceedings of the parent meeting for rehabilitation work. Must be prepared.
- In all the above matters, the Kovid nineteen guideline must be strictly followed.

And after re-establishment in all the schools, the CRC Co-ordinator gives the certificate to the BRC Coordinator that the School Management Committee has been constituted in all the schools under his control as per the rules of SMC and the BRC Coordinator All the taluka schools have been formed. The certificate is given by the District Project Coordinator.
