Following the publication of instructions for the commencement of educational activities in the primary, secondary and higher secondary schools of the state in the academic year 2020 under the Covid Nineteen epidemic, notices were issued from time to time. Considering the prevailing situation of coronavirus in different parts of the state, the government was considering to decide the modalities on how to carry out educational activities for the academic year 2020-2021 without endangering public health. After careful consideration in this regard, the following instructions are issued in view of the present situation regarding the commencement of educational activities in the Government Non-Government Aided and Private Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools in the new academic year 2021.
In all the primary and secondary schools of the state, from 7-6-2021, the work of giving admission in Std. 1 and Std. 9 has to be started and the work of entering the dias of the admitted students has to be completed.
The attendance of academic and non-academic staff of all schools should be 100 per cent as per the instructions to maintain 100 per cent attendance of employees in state government offices.
Considering the number of students in the school concerned and the work to be done, the duties will have to be performed as per the instructions of the headmaster.
Students who are provided free text books by the state government will have to make arrangements to get the books from 7-6-21 to 18-6-2021 in each school. For this, students will not have to be collected by following the social distance. As far as possible, students will have to plan accordingly to get the books at home.
Given the current situation, no student will have to come to the school. Students will not have to be called to the school but they will have to continue the learning process as per the curriculum.
Literature online with mobile no upyog is managed through Microsoft so that students can sit the process. For this, academic work has to be done as per the instructions given by GCRT and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Educational programs for children will be broadcast on DD Girnar channel, the schedule of which will be given by the Board of Education. All such students will be informed by the head teacher of the school, Mr. A.
In order for all the children to get the maximum benefit from the distance learning program, the head teacher of each school has to make a carefully planned effort through the guardian of the student.
During this time the cooking cost for the mid-day meal scheme will have to continue with the grain distribution system.
