No harm in stealing work: Secretariat employees will be counted half a day off if they arrive 10 minutes late on duty or leave early. The second wave of Corona has come under control. The government has started the process of unlocking. The government has also announced that 100 per cent employees will now be able to work in government and private offices. Then, after Koro's tenure, there are rumors that government employees are not coming to the office on time. The finance department has issued a circular on the issue of employees not coming to office on time. If the staff of the secretariat arrives at the office 10 minutes late or leaves early, it will be considered as half day leave. In case of contingency the employees will have to inform the superior.
The government's circular has been rudely issued
The circular issued by the government's finance department to intimidate irregular government employees seems to have been carried out indiscriminately. This is because it will take disciplinary action against an employee who is late three times, but does not specify what kind of disciplinary action should be taken against employees who are accustomed to being late. On the other hand in case of contingency the employee has to inform the superior to arrive late or leave early. But there is also no mention of what action will be taken if an employee does not make such a report. So this circular issued by the finance department of the government can prove to be like a tiger without claws.
