Matter of payment of financial assistance for human death due to natural calamities, death of animal as well as loss of immovable property.

The resolution passed by the revenue department provides for the payment of financial assistance for losses due to natural calamities. The letter from the Government of India has amended the norms for payment of daily cash assistance to persons affected by natural calamities.
Rs.100 / - per day for adults, for a maximum of 30 days and in case of need it can be extended up to 30 days in the first phase and up to 30 days in case of drought or pest infestation.

Rs 60 per child can be extended up to 30 days in the first phase if required for a maximum of 30 days and in case of drought or pest infestation can be extended up to 30 days in a row.

So that the families living in the relief camps will not be able to avail the benefits of double the daily cash assistance as per the schedule to the affected people living in the regional area.
This will have to be done through direct benefit transfer to the bank account of the problem or through the public fund management system.
