The provision has been added in section 24 of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education of Children Act-2009 from the declaration of the Department of Education dated 219 2019, then the resolution of the Department of Education regarding 4 22020 in the primary as well as secondary and higher secondary schools of the state from April. The declaration dated 219 2019 issued under the authority of Section 38 of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education of Children Act-2009 is being implemented this year i.e. in the year 2020 but the provisions of this declaration are normal starting from the next academic year i.e. 2021 22. The Department of Education has decided to start the new academic year in all the schools from the month of April with the resolutions dated 4 2 2020 and 24 3 2020 but due to the current global epidemic of corona, the new academic year has to start as per the earlier i.e. summer vacation. Academic year 2020 Summer vacation in 21st schools will be from 3 5 2021 to 6 2021.
Educational and non-academic staff who are not assigned to any of the educational and non-academic staff of the state government and private primary, secondary and higher secondary institutions by the state government and local bodies to control the global epidemic caused by coronavirus infection will not be required to come to school.
