Matter of issuing explanation to higher pay scale research of primary school teachers and head teachers

In order to maintain uniformity in the interpretation of the various declarations issued in respect of the first, second and third higher pay scales to the head teachers of primary teachers in the primary schools under the District Education Committee and Nagar Education Committee of the State. As there is no compulsory position for the headmaster, they are also entitled to a higher resolution as per the applicable resolution and amendment provision of the department as per the question and as per the schedule fixed by the finance department. Salary scale is recoverable In case the head teacher has been promoted to the post of Assistant Education Inspector voluntarily as per the procedure prescribed in the notification dated 21 1 2020, he will be entitled to higher pay scale subject to the provisions of the applicable resolution regarding higher pay scale of Finance Department.
