Regarding the transfer rules of H-Tat, the head teachers of the primary schools under the District Panchayat Nagar Education Committee. As per the resolution dated 9 10 2019, the rules for transfer of jatni were fixed by the head teachers of the primary schools under the District Panchayat Nagar Education Committee. The Director Primary Education Office also proposed a single file dated 22 2020 to amend the provisions of these rules.
