As per the existing provision, when allocating vacancies for replacement of headmaster, as far as possible, out of the vacancies allotted in this manner, first the pay center school, then the taluka school and if there is no vacancy in the taluka, the vacancy sanctioned in the nearest taluka in the district. In the present provision, for the purpose of transfer as per the demand, the following matters have to be decided on priority basis while for the purpose of transfer as per the demand as per the new provision, priority has to be decided keeping in view the Chinese matters from promotion to senior teacher.

The relevant officer has to upload the details of the same number of schools with the same number of coolers approved in the Education Committee on the Vacancies Portal. While uploading the vacancies, the vacancies of the schools with maximum number of students have to be uploaded in descending order. If the number of vacancies in Nagar Shikshan Samiti is more then the number of vacancies will have to be reduced. Five schools will not have to show up on the portal unless the number of valid applications If there is more than the total vacancies in the district, all the vacancies have to be shown. For the head teacher applying for transfer, the school has to choose from the vacancies to be shown at the hotel.

According to the new provision, the district transfer will have to be done in one phase online in two phases, in the first phase the head teacher will have to select the district and in the second phase the school of the selected district will have to be selected.

According to the old provision, after completion of the above work, according to the computer software rules, the replacement order of the headmaster will be prepared. The District Primary Education Officer will have to do the same while after the completion of the above work as per the new provision, the transfer order of the concerned head teacher will be prepared as per the rules by computer software. A transfer order for the selection of the concerned headmaster will be prepared, the print of which will be obtained and the headmaster will have to appear before the concerned District Primary Education Officer. The District Primary Education Officer will have to verify the transfer order of the headmaster and present them.

In order to determine the priority at the time of making the mentioned change as per the old provision, only the headmaster has to assume the priority as shown in Mercury No. 2.3 of the lake and the new provisions are repealed.

According to the old provision, even if the school is closed under any circumstances, the above method should be followed in both the cases.For the sake of administrative convenience, the headmaster should be given a school as close to the closed or dying school as possible.

Yes, as per the reading of the section, no change has been made in the provisions other than the above amendment.
