According to the above subject, from reference (1) you have been asked to select a Master Trainer for imparting self-defence training to girls of Government Higher Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools. In addition to this matter, all the following things have to be ensured and implemented regarding the selection of master trainers. To train girls, 1 master trainer should be selected for 3 months per 6 schools. * To select persons who have C.P.Ed./B.P.Ed./work as a coach in the field of sports/distinguished achievements in the field of sports.

* 1 master trainer will train in one school for 4 days in a week according to one session of one hour. So 48 hours of training will have to be given in 3 months.

To give * As per Hourly Remuneration Guidelines to Master Trainer Rs.150/- for 1 hour (session) in 1 (one) school for a total of 48 sessions at the end of 3 months on the basis of certificate of School Principal S.M.C. It has to be paid according to the level.

* Undertaking from selected master trainer on stamp paper of 100 rupees as per format attached herewith has to be taken.

Taking into consideration the above instructions, you have to select the master trainer from your level and send the information as per the format to the office by 13.10.2022.
