▪️ *વર્ષ :૨૦૨૩/૨૪ થી ૬ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરેલ બાળકોને જ ધો.૧ માં પ્રવેશ આપવા બાબત - અમદાવાદ શહેરી વિસ્તાર

નાણા વિભાગના તારીખ 21-10-2022 ના ઠરાવ   અન્વયે ચાલુ નોકરી અવસાન પામેલ કર્મચારીના વારસદારને કુટુંબ પેન્શન ના લાભો મળવા માટે વસૂલાતપાત્ર રકમની યાદી (એક) ડાયરેક્ટર એન્ડ પેન્શન નિયામકની કચેરી દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

તે મુજબ નવી પેન્શન યોજના ના ફાળાની સરકારશ્રીના હિસ્સાની રકમ જમા કરાવી નવી વર્ધિત પેન્શન યોજના ના અવસાન પામેલ કર્મચારીને કુટુંબ પેન્શન મળવા પાત્ર થાય છે.

કર્મચારીઓની યાદી છે તો સદર અવસાન પામેલ કર્મચારીના વારસદારને કુટુંબ પેન્શન મળે એ માટે દરેક કર્મચારીએ અવસાન પામેલ કર્મચારીના કુટુંબને જાણ કરી   મદદ કરવા વિનંતી છે.

નાણા વિભાગના તા.૨ ૧ /૧૦/૨૦૨ ૨ ના ઠરાવ અન્વયે ચાલુ નોકરીએ અવસાન પામલે કર્મચારી ના વારસદારને કુટુંબ પેન્શન લાભ યાદી-૧ (યાદીની તારીખ:- ૨ ૫/૧ ૧ /૨૦૨ ૨ )

You have stated that you have gone on this particular relief leave for the right of your office question but you have not mentioned the type of leave nor the duration and also despite the settlement by the state government with the employee unions they seem to be involved in the activity against the state government. So hereby inform you that as per Gujarat Civil Service Leave Rules 2002 you have not fixed the type or duration of leave your leave cannot be sanctioned so that you will report to duty immediately and if you do not present then you will be penalized as per existing rules. Action will be taken which will be noted. Further, inspite of adopting a positive attitude by the Government, you have been engaged in activities against the Government Mr. You have failed to perform the duties of a Primary Teacher as per Rule 70 of the Mumbai Primary Education Rules, 1949 as well as the present duties as a BRC as per Rule VI of the Gujarat Panchayat Seva Discipline and Abhinandan Rules, 1998. If you want to say anything about the reason for not punishing, then you have to submit a written explanation within the seventh day. If the explanation is not presented within the time limit, then assuming that you do not want to say anything or do not want to respond to the notice, further action will be taken.
