The taluka wise quota has been fixed for the approval examination received by the Hon'ble Principal Secretary Education Department on the single file shown in Introduction .

According to some two, the rate of scholarships and the number of courts have been increased for awarding scholarships to meritorious students in this examination.

The application was made on the occasion of Bhajan 2022 of Primary-Secondary Education Scholarship Examination 2021 from the notification of Board of Examinations 23 2021 and the circular dated 14 2 2020 showing the regular running of this posture.

The minimum mark in both the sections of the relevant examination is considered as 35% Gun kvalifaid. Among the students who got minimum qualifying marks in both the sections of the relevant examination, according to the number of cotton, the students who got maximum marks are included in the merit list. The merit list of the students who got minimum marks in both the sections of the relevant examination has been prepared according to the culprits of both the sections. In the relevant examination, if there is more than one student who has the same marks for the open space in the quota fixed for taluka wise, the quota space is allotted to the student who is older. On the single file dated 20 2017 for the relevant examination, with the approval received by the Hon'ble Principal Secretary, Education Department and in accordance with the Resolution of the Department of Education, dated 20, 2017, the examination has been cotton wise and prepared accordingly.

The final answer key and merit list of the examination has been placed on the notice board of the website.

The mark sheet obtained in the student examination can be downloaded by entering the diesel student's confirmation number and date of birth given on the website.

In addition the certificate for the students can be downloaded by entering the student number given on the website.

Out of all the students who got very fine marks, according to the rules, 1000 out of 1000 quotas obtained in primary education examination and 420 out of 1500 quotas in secondary and 216 out of 1000 quotas in urban area and 400 out of 400 quotas in tribal area will be eligible for scholarship. The list of merit students will be sent to the office of the Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar.

As decided in the meeting of Primary-Secondary Education Scholarship Examination Committee held at State Examination Board Gandhinagar on 23 11 2019, Primary-Secondary Education Scholarship Examination 2021 will be held in the near future to select the beneficiary students for urban, rural and tribal area.

Candidate Qualification

Elementary Education Scholarship Examination

Students who are studying in Granted Primary and Non-Granted Primary Schools in Std. 6 Government Primary Schools, Local Body Schools in the current academic year may appear for the Primary Education Scholarship Examination. Must have obtained at least 60% marks in grade five or above.

Secondary Education Scholarship Examination

Students studying in Government Secondary Schools, Local Body Schools, Granted Secondary Schools and Non-Granted Secondary Schools in Std. IX in the current academic year will be able to appear for the Secondary Education Scholarship Examination. Must have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in standard eight.

Of course

The syllabus for Primary Education Scholarship Examination will be from Std. 1 to 8.

Secondary Education Scholarship Examination

The syllabus for Secondary Education Scholarship Examination will be from Std. 6 to 8.

Medium of examination

Gujarati will be the medium of question paper for Primary Education Scholarship Examination and Secondary Education Scholarship Examination.

No. The examination fee for Primary Education Scholarship Examination will be Rs. 40 and the examination fee for Secondary Education Scholarship Examination will be Rs. 50.
