Art and talent of the students as part of development such as art and literature skills, acting skills etc. by the state government Shri. At the school level, this competition has to be completed from August 1 to August 3. This competition at CRC level has to be completed on August 5. At the taluka level, this competition has to be completed on August 8. At the district level, this competition has to be completed on August 15. The entire planning given by GCRT for Pardhan planning has to be followed properly.

For each competition, the selection criteria of the experts may include a retired teacher, a well-known painting expert at the taluka and district level. Even for literature knowledgeable teacher or competition can be done. All the District Education Officers as well as Pracharyashri of the Training Bhavan have to do the work done at the district level in a coordinated manner to make this competition successful.

The duration of the drawing competition will be two hours and the drawing will have to be done at the venue of the drawing program according to the subject. Papers for the competition should be provided by the organizer, materials other than paper should be collected by the competition itself.

The duration of the children's poet competition will be one hour. In this competition, the contestant will be able to compose a favorite poem. This poem has to be composed on the spot in Gujarati or Hindi language and presented before the judges. Each contestant will have a maximum time of seven minutes to present the competition.

In the music singing competition, each contestant will be given five minutes to present a song based on the theme. The competition will have to breed the arrangement of the unpictured. Pre-recorded music may not be used during the competition.

Sangeet Vadan Competitors will have to perform a performance using Ki Shastriva for which the contestant will be given five minutes. It is essential that the style and gradient of the music is preserved in the cloud type.
