Matter of disclosing the list of documents and marks in the recruitment of Lokarakshak cadre

Verification of documents as per the marks obtained in the physical test of the Lokrakshak cadre, marks obtained in the written test and additional marks (e.g., sports, widow, NCC “C” certificate and marks obtained in the degree / diploma of Raksha Shakti / National Raksha Shakti University) came.

In the case of ex-servicemen, the cut-off of that category has been reduced by 50% and selected for document verification.

Candidates in the reserved category who have not taken advantage of age or height in ST category and candidates who have cut-off or higher marks in the general category are included in the list of general category.

In case of candidates with equal marks, the candidate who is older will be placed above merit.

In case both marks and age are the same then the candidate with higher height is placed above in merit.

In the case of athletes, a list of document verification has been made by adding 5% marks to the marks obtained in their written examination.

In the case of a widowed candidate, a list of documents has been prepared by adding the marks of their physical test and 5% of the marks obtained in the written examination

The process of disqualifying candidates who commit any irregularity during the entire recruitment process is currently underway. If any such candidate's document is included in the verification list, he will be disqualified at any stage.

Candidates selected for document verification will be called for document verification in July, 2018. Candidates have to prove their identity, educational credentials, caste credentials as well as additional marks for Sports, Vighava, Raksha Shakti University, NCC. Etc. to keep the standards ready. The call letter for document verification will be issued separately.

Out of the 5 selected candidates for document verification, the candidates who have cleared PSI Main examination of recruitment is given, in case of those candidates PSI. It is planned to call for document verification after the result of recruitment is declared. However, this may change. Candidates will be informed in due course.

Additional marks regarding Sports / NCC-C Certificate / RSU / Widow in recruitment of Lokarakshak cadre

While filling online application form as per the announcement dated 6.10.2021 for recruitment of Lokrakshak cadre, if any candidate has “C” certificate of NCC, valid sports certificate as per government rules, widow and Rakshasakti / National Rakshasakti University with valid degree / diploma certificate and Candidates who are left to show will be able to submit such certificates at the time of document verification. Such certificates should have been issued on or before 04.11.2021.

After completing the hearing of the candidates for irregularities in the written examination, they have been disqualified in this recruitment and a proposal will be made to the Government to restrict the next recruitment of the State Government for three years.
