Matter of conducting annual examination of standard 7 with new question papers.
As you are well aware, the annual science and social science annual examination of standard seven will be held on 22nd and 23rd April 2022 with new question papers on 29th and 30th April 2022 respectively. The examination of that subject will be held from 25th to 28th April 2020 during the same period with new question paper. Exam question papers are a matter to be kept in mind.
From here the CD of new question papers prepared by GCRT is obtained today by the authorized person of all the district from gcert.
Each district should copy the CD according to the number of its talukas and give a copy of the CD to the BRC Taluka Primary Education Officer and CRC team of each taluka on Saturday 23 4 2022.
The team of the taluka will have to prepare Xerox copy and prepare the school wise packing keeping in view the number of students in Std.
The school time packed question papers should be obtained by the CRC coordinator on the next day of the subject.
For this the CRC has to call all the principals on the cluster and distribute the principal as per the schedule on time.
Instruct all the head teachers to keep the question papers they have at present in their place of residence instead of keeping them in the school and take the sealed packet of the subject papers to the school on the day of the examination.
