 Matter of giving benefit of transfer of teachers of non-government aided secondary higher secondary school.

The recruitment process of State Non-Government Aided Secondary and Higher Secondary School Education Assistants is carried out in a centralized manner keeping in view the frequent improvements made in it. State non-government aided schools exist as an independent entity. As well as the provisions related to the service matters of the teaching staff in the non-government aided schools are fixed in Gujarat Secondary Education Regulations 18. There is no provision in Gujarat Secondary Education Regulations for transfer of teaching staff in non-government aided schools which is a matter of policy. In addition, the Resolution of the Department of Education dated 2799 has made provisions for the recruitment of old teachers and teaching assistants and other administrative cadres in non-government aided schools at the Asian ratio of 1: 3. Recruitment process as an old teacher can be obtained by transfer to another school on the basis of more merit cum preference which is requested to be informed.

Included with this is the presentation of the President of the National Federation of Education, Gujarat, regarding conducting all kinds of camps before the recruitment of primary teachers as well as releasing 100% of the previous transfers.
