Couple order
District transfer proposals of class-4 employees performing duty under various district panchayats of the state. Proposal as per the form by the concerned District Development Officers.
The services shown by the concerned employee under the existing District Panchayat shall be considered consecutively for all purposes except promulgation.
On the date on which the concerned employee appears in the Diwali District Panchayat, he will not be able to claim to be an employee of the district panchayat in the rank list of his cadre.
The transferred employee will not be able to claim for any type of travel expenses or conversation.
If they have to resign due to lack of space in the changed district panchayat, they will not be entitled to do anything about it.
The transfer will not change the benefit of the employee concerned as per their category.
