The Teacher Readiness Surveys to be held on 24th 2021 and the following matters are requested to be taken into consideration.
For the entire survey, the District Primary Education Officer, the Govt. Officer, the District Education Officer and the Deputy Officer will have to act as assistants for the smooth planning of the survey.
Under this survey, the teachers of Std. 1 to 5, the teachers of Std. 6 to 8 will return and the survey will be conducted by the teachers of social sciences as well as mathematics and science and the head teacher through a total of four types of devices.
Details of the number prepared on the basis of the data of the teacher portal are included here. District Primary Education Officer Mr. Plaster.
Video.com has been organized for the survey on 13th August through 12:00 CCC MS in the presence of the accredited Director of Primary Education, Director of GCRT and Hon'ble Chairman of the National Board.
Priority should be given to the primary school of the cluster where the required seating arrangements can be made for the place of survey. If such primary school is not available then Government Granted Secondary School should be decided. If Government Granted Secondary School is also not available then private school can be decided.
Care should be taken to ensure adequate seating benches as per the guidelines in the school designated as the place of survey.
If the map of the entire district is at the diet, the district primary education officer will decide at the zonal level where there is no diet in the district.
The appointment of district level staff shall be made by the District Primary Education Officer and the Govt.
The BRC Coordinator at the taluka level will be the Zonal Officer who will be able to appoint the District Primary Education Officer as the Taluka Zonal Officer where there is a vacancy for the BRC Coordinator in the taluka.
This survey is scheduled to be conducted. CRC will act as co-ordinator. Jhansi Any other employee can be appointed as site administrator. For this, the entire education available staff can be appointed. The appointment of staff should be done with the cooperation of District Officer Shri.
