Matter of uploading information of students and head teacher Mr. online for organizing book reading competition

In the month of February 20, 2019, a book reading competition was organized for the students of all government upper primary as well as government granted RMC model model secondary and higher secondary schools from school level to district level.
The winners of the competition are also given a coupon as an incentive prize. The coupon was to be used by the students at the book fair to be held in their district so that they could purchase the books of their choice at the prize money but the book fair was postponed Was.

But in the present circumstances an online book fair has been sanctioned and fixed in collaboration with Gujarati Prakashak Mandal Ahmedabad so that the winning students of the book reading competition can use their prize money to purchase books.

Website has been prepared for organizing online book fair. In the first phase of this website, all the CRC coordinators of the state have to upload the details of all the students who have won the competition up to the district level from their cluster schools. And the work of uploading the details of the principal of the affiliated school has been completed.

Each CRC Coordinator will have to enter in the website all the winning students of their cluster with unique ID and details of the winning class of the students as well as the principals of the affiliated schools along with their names, mobile numbers and e-mail address details.

Further action related to the online book fair will be based on the details to be uploaded on the website by the CRC Co-ordinator so it is imperative that every CRC Co-ordinator uploads the work with utmost seriousness in the near future. In case of any queries regarding the details uploaded by the CRC Co-ordinator during the online book fair, the concerned CRC Co-ordinator will be responsible for uploading the details of the winning students and school principals of Vallabh Rasa on the website. The guidelines for doing so are attached to which all the CRC Co-ordinators of the district are instructed to upload all the details related to their online book fair with sufficient accuracy on the date indicated in the form.
