Matter of giving leave benefit to fixed salary employees.


According to the resolution of the finance department, a proposal was made to the education department from the letter dated 10 5 2019 to give the benefit of special leave to the education assistants working in the primary schools of the district town primary education committee of the state. If such leave has been canceled, instructions have been given to recover many days' deductible leave, after which the matter of sanctioning special leave is under consideration at the Government level. Instruction not to recover at present. The instructions from this letter of this office will have to be followed till a decision is made by.

નાણા વિભાગના ઠરાવ અન્વયે રાજ્યની જિલ્લા નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં ફરજ બજાવતાં વિદ્યાસહાયકોની ખાસ રજાઓનો લાભ આપવા તારીખ 10 5 2019 ના પત્રથી શિક્ષણ વિભાગને દરખાસ્ત કરવામાં આવી હતી જે દરખાસ્ત નો શિક્ષણ વિભાગના 2019 પત્રથી રસીકરણ કરવામાં આવતા આ કચેરીના ઠરાવ નંબર 2020 અન્વયે રજાઓ મંજુર કરવામાં આવેલ હોય જો તેવી રજાઓ રદ કરી કેટલા દિવસની કપાત પગારી રજા ઘણી રિકવરી કરવા સૂચનાઓ આપવામાં આવી હતી જે બાદ ખાસ રજાઓ મંજુર કરવા બાબત સરકારશ્રી કક્ષાએ વિચારાધીન હોય હાલ રિકવરી ન કરવા સુચના આપવામાં આવેલ અને આ બાબતે હાઇકોર્ટમાં દાખલ થયેલ પીટીશન પર હોય સદર કેસ બાબતે હાઇકોર્ટ દ્વારા નિર્ણય ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી આ કચેરીના આ પત્ર થી સૂચનાઓનું પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.
